After registering and downloading the ProCoach app, you'll start by telling me all about yourself, including your goals, health challenges, and daily routine.
Within 24hours I will produce for you your personalised Quick Start Guide including target Meal Planning Advice, Portion Sizing and Exercise Nutrition.
Based upon your prioritises and needs, I'll customise your entire plan and we'll start the coaching process.
Each week, you'll work on nutrition or lifestyle practices, with a focus on taking small actions each day (only about 5-10mins). Each practice is customised to help you get the results you are looking for.
We'll work together to create and practice healthy habits across all aspects impacting your diet, from sleep and stress management to movement and mindfulness.
These new habits will help you feel more calm, confident and prepared for each day - no matter what life throws at you.
I'll check in with you frequently to see how you're doing and to answer any questions you have. You can message me whenever you need.
You can track everything from your measurements to your consistency, so you can see just how much progress you've made.
