When life gets crazy and responsibilities at home and work pile up, it's easy to let our health slip. The years go by and we don't realise how much our health has declined.
For most of us, there comes a time when we realise things must change. A time when gaining control over our body takes on new urgency. The chances are, with everything happening in the world today, you're thinking seriously about taking control right now.
But it can be hard to know where to start. Good health is no accident; it’s a result of consistent good habits. And long-term health is a result of preventative, proactive and healthy choices that have an impact today, tomorrow and beyond.
That's where Healthy Habits comes in. A 10 week practice-based approach to build the foundations of a better feeling you across the essential elements - a balanced diet, movement, sleep and well-being.
With your Coach guiding and supporting you, you'll focus on a new healthy habit each week. We'll provide informative, practical advice and recommendations for improvement for you to try, for integration into your daily life.
We've broken down your 10 weeks into fun, easy-to-follow Practices to help you develop your habits by learning and trying out lifestyle improvements. We only ask you to spend at least 5mins each day using your new Healthy Habits.
